Scope
Reconstruction, extension and changes in use of existing multi-family residential building into Legend Hotel. Cardboard-gypsum partition walls, suspended ceilings and ceiling elements made of cardboard-gypsum, roof – insulation of the attic. Additional works: gypsum-cardboard components, transformer station walls, technical gres tiles in boiler room, plinth made of gres tiles, painting of the boiler room and the transformer station, vertical panel above the windows, gypsum cardboard walls, cover for the shaft passage, cover for beams above the wardrobes, sealings for additional passages, covering the sides and tops of door opening.
